This home has obviously had a decorator's touch and an architect's eye. Even the pics look professional and magazine quality. Could you live here?

This is a beautiful place, Sandra. But a bit too contemporary for me. I love the look of contemporary, though.
WOW, I'll show J, the tax total! Might give him a better perspective about ours...but then on the other hand....nope I don't think it will change his perspective!

Sandra, my inlaws live on Lake Buchanan and its been really incredible to watch multi million dollar places such as this spring up around them. And they are the retired farmers who still grow corn in the side yard ;)
Beautiful views. But who buys these things? Lotto winners?
Love yur sister's house, by the way. Just love it. I hope it sells quickly.
Ok...I'm doing a double search of jeans pockets in the laundry room! I'm sure I can come up with a cool 9 mil!!
I really like the house...give it an 8.5 on the house scale!!
Eh...not my style. I don't think I could feel comfortable in a house that contemporary. It feels kind of cold to me. The views kick butt though...so I might be able to stand it for a visit...lol. The taxes are certainly more than I make in a year! Forget the change in my jeans pockets! :P
The taxes are crazy, aren't they? But if you're gonna do contemporary, this is one great way to do it. I do love those views.
Love the views!
Would I live in it? For 9 mil?
LOLOLOLOL
Wow! What a fun house to look at! I'd kill for those views. -Julia :-)
(P.S. Your sister's house is beautiful! Really enjoyed that tour, too.)
