Seven is the Luckiest Number


Blogger friend, Layla, of Lettered Cottage posted a fun list on her blog today. The first seven people who respond to her post are tagged. I needed something to blog about today, so here goes...

Seven Things I Plan To Do Before I Die:
1. Visit the Northeast in fall.
2. Visit my friend, Kelli, in Wisconsin (it seems SO far!).
3. Open up a little antique shop, even it's just a booth in an antique mall.
4. Install hardwood floors somewhere in my house.
5. Buy a candy thermometer and use it.
6. Visit New York City during the Christmas season. I want to experience the hustle and bustle of the season and see all the pretty store windows.
7. See my daughter perform on Broadway (no pressure, Cameron!).

Seven Things I Can Do:
1. Raise money.
2. Stretch a dollar.
3. See the good in people.
4. Turn trash to treasure.
5. See the glass as half-full.
6. Throw a good party.
7. Have a good time.

Seven Things I Cannot Do:
1. Be negative.
2. Bungie-jump.
3. Drive slower than the speed limit.
4. Be offensive and confrontational.
5. Have medium oak cabinets in my house.
6. Live in an orange room.
7. Salsa dance.

Seven Things that Attract Me to My Man:
1. He sees God in every day things.
2. He is very sweet and giving.
3. He is the second smartest man I know. My dad is the smartest.
4. He can respond to an emergency quickly and with a level head.
5. He appreciates almost anything I cook.
6. He appreciates almost anything I decorate.
7. He loves babies, old people and animals.
